My husband gave me a great idea this afternoon and an outlet for my grief of the passing of Tim. I was able to go through the 75 pages of posts that Tim had made over the years of being on BP and pulled out memorable excerpts and thoughts from his wickedly funny and sometimes poignant posts, over 2,200 of them. Some of you will find direct references to yourselves (I won't give away who) and a trip down memory lane to share pictures and funny stories that Tim gave us.  With that being said,

I cordially invite each of you to attend the online Memorial of a dear friend and his beloved parrot, Tim and Asha. May they both rest in peace.

A beautiful memorial AB! Thanks so much for posting this, it must have taken you quite some time. No one could ever come close to his one liners! He was one of a kind and will be missed.

The difference between kids and parrots is that it's funny when a parrot talks back.

This was so beautifully done!  Thank you so much for doing this.

I watched this early this morning just before I left for work.  While sad, it sent me on my way with a smile on my face.  I was thinking I shouldn't be smiling at a time like this, then I thought, that's what Tim would have wanted.
Thank you again so much! hugu
