I actually have 2 guesses.
The singing dancing frog that gets put in the timne capsule from the Bugs Bunny cartoons. The one that wears the top hat and dances with the cane. I know I've heard him sing that!
Or maybe Scott Joplin?
I'm like you wishy...I have very eclectic music tastes. Any thing but jazz...I don't like jazz...too much discord and not enough melody.

SCOTT JOPLIN! right! and it is the same type of music the frog dances to from the looney toones!  This sound like the song 'The Entertainer' (same composer)...kinda as a medley...I didn't think anyone would get that! I have 3 of his cds, it is nearly impossible to be sad when you hear Ragtime, it is so 'up' and happy and energetic.

ok, "a little piece of my heart"
