~~Life On A *Poodle Ranch*~~Shearing That Is~~

Sooo, I spent the better part of 3 days shearing poodles on my *Poodle Ranch*!!   

My 3 grown standard poodle girls, Nakia, Mikkwa & Cheyenne got their bi-yearly shave down. 

Let me tell ya', that is a job when you use scissors to cut all the winter growth down to the skin.  My clippers are not working right. Next month I plan on getting new ones. 

Here they are in all their 'Nakedness'

These next 4 are Cheyenne~~She's a bit shy about showing her nakedness. The last of this group has her & Mikkwa in wooly form.

They certainly do look very regal with their new haircuts 

I don't know where you get all your energy from Woman  I know just how hard you worked on this and how long it took you

Thanks Terri & Wendy, it is a tiresome chore but it does last a good while with just trimming the face & feet if I don't want to keep stylish clips on them. It is a strain on me back, but I just zone the pain out and keep working. 

It is still alittle cool to shave Ozzie Doodle down too Terri. He spends most of his time outside in the back yard. I may get him done next week when I continue with shavig Jen Jen my black toy poodle.

LOL  I have 12 days off coming up in a couple of days. One of my major projects will be to wrestle that sheepadoodle  and de~fur him!!  Jen Jen  will be next. At least he is small and not so boisterous  as Ozzie.
