rofl2 Oh My Terri you just kill ne sometimes! ! laugh You still run, just not for the same reasons. You run to save a piece of furniture being demolished by a busy beak. You run for your life from a deranged Cockatoo. You run to the store to buy more toys for the busy beak and treats to quell the rampant Too. And best of all, you run to the rescue of any bird in needyou hear about.  hugu  That makes me love most of all Terri!!  loveuk

OK, for me life before birds...hmm. :hmm1: Well my life was filled with snakes, lizards, tarantulas, and dogs. Soooo it was slightly quieter (remember DOGS) but it was still a zoo!!  dmblaf Adding birds only intensified  the noise level to new heights. But there are stilo timesthe dogs are 1000% louder than any
bird in my home!!

I've  always  had  animals in my  life  so the added work of caring for the  birds  was not a big issue. I did let the snakes and lizards go to new homes partly for need of space for bird cages and mostly for the safety of my flock. Some of my snakes once full grown could have easily eaten a macaw!

My life before Rosie was much quieter and neater.  I had a lot more free time and was able to shower all by myself.  I didn't know what I was missing...kisses and snuggles from my crazy red diva completely warm my heart.  :)

Good!  Sorry I haven't been on much.  Crazy couple of months.

She does love everyone but still prefers me.  She anxiety calls for me unless she is with my daughter.  Ash will sing and keep her occupied.  :)

I honestly can't remember a life without parrots. I think I got my first Budgie (Petey) when I was 8-9 years old, and have always had at least one since then.
