I think my hubby is really warming up to the fids. he spent his day off putting up a screen door for my bird room so the fids are safer from the dogs. He keeps asking, which one is that? Which one is that? And even came in and peeked at the meepers snuggled up together in their hut tonight. He likes Jade more than Buddy. Jade can't fly, and buddy dive bombs him and bites. No wonder. He also is sneaking them treats when I'm not around. I will have him covered in bird poop and lovin it in 6 months, guarenteed.  ;D

“My brother and sister birds, you should praise your Creator and always love him: He gave you feathers for clothes, wings to fly and all other things that you need. It is God who made you noble among all creatures, making your home in thin, pure air. Without sowing or reaping, you receive God’s guidance and protection.”
St. Francis of Assissi
