Thanks everyone for the compliments on my nail job. This is that gel polish they have now you can do at home and use a mini LED light to cure it. It's the only one of that kind of stuff I've found that will actually stay on my nails. I've been to several different professional salons in the pre parrot yrs and after spending $40+ bucks the darn things won't stay on for more than 3 days if I manage to keep them on thst long. I was told I must have oily nail pads.
And my nails have always been thin, weak and will per apart in layers. My sister had the same bad nails as me and she never had fake ones ever on her fingers. So when those salons go to grinding what little I have naturally on my nail pads off I come away from there with very tender to the touch nails that I barely get to wear for long and a big hole in my pocketbook!!

Nowadays I'd rather spend that $40 bucks on my birds.
My Mom had eagle talons for nails and she kept them pointed like raptors claws too. Geez those things were lethal weapons if she was mad at me!!

So long story short,

I've never had much to speak of in way of nails and I love long luxurious oval nails.
