We have been to the zoo today and I have taken lots of pics for you  thumb Due to it being very windy today, some of the animals were locked up, so we were not able to see them  cry Paignton Zoo is vast, I swear we have walked about 5 miles today  :lol1:

I will have to do this in 3 separate posts!

Enjoy the pics!

2 Owls. Sorry this one is a bit blurry!

:cry1: I wanted to go too, but Wendy told me I had to come to work!  cry

Very neat photos Wendy!! You have some of my favorite critters here. I absolutely love Meerkats! ! hugu And I use to have a Pygmy goat the color of the salt & pepper one you have on here. Mine was a little girl and didn't have the horns. Her name was Prissy Pepper Sauce.  hugu

I so want to go to a nice big zoo again. It's been 2 1/2 yrs since we were at the San Antonio zoo. It is huge and has a lot of birds. They even have several Eagles in open enclosures who have been injured and can never fly again.  I sometimes like to look back on my photos I took while there.

Haha, De, sorry I made you go to work, but you have lots of little mouths to feed and a new one on the way  :hehe2:

I loved the Meerkats too. We have some fantastic ads on the TV here with them. They are hilarious!

I was disappointed that all the parrots were in the back of their aviary's though  2sadk

Hello Wendy,

I see, although you first though the weather would be to bad to go to the zoo, you still did go to the zoo on Sunday.
And..................... you enjoyed yourself!  :sharing: the pictures of your zoo-visit.

To Debra I want to say, WOW, I love your signature very much!

Greetings from the Netherlands,
Rita
