The karma has been replaced with "Like my Post....say... Thankyou" You will find this just underneath a members username! You can say "Thankyou" as many times as you like, no limit is set  The "smite" feature was where you could give someone a negative feedback, so this has now been removed!

That is true George, and that is why we have the 'reply' button. The way this one is set up you can't tell which post a person is giving a negative mark for. A negative feedback comment pointing it out is a much better way to let the person view what they have written themselves. It also gives them a way to discuss it or correct it should it need such. And we don't go around locking threads in a hurry just so our viewpoint is the only one that can be posted and no one can comment after us.

Well said De'Andrea! I don't agree with having a negative feedback button at all! I would much rather someone speak up if they disagree with something, rather than hide behind a button.
