OK, I want to smoke/bbq some meat tomorrow.  Today?  Too flippin hot out!  I am running out of what to do and I indeed am having another food block.  So please, throw me some ideas.  But, if any of you suggest crackers or drain flies I WILL find you and slap the *bleep* out of you!  snap

How about doing some chicken or beef? Make your own sauce and use the smoker to slow cook it, smoke it too if you want. Google some recipes & take from several to make it your own creation.

May sound weird, but my cousin makes a pot roast on the grill. You take the veggies and but them in foil pouches with some butter , salt, and pepper. Cook the pot roast in foil until tender, them remove foil and place directly on grill for a few minutes. you can put marinade / sauce in with the meat. . Kens makes a nice garlic / herb.

And I don't like fish with quite that much breading on it...as long as it has something, some kind of batter or bread crumbs etc.
I have had tofu before....chix like patties and you would never know they were tofu!  You have prob had tofu and not even known it!

Nuttin wrong with burgers, am just sick of them right now.  Plus, I want to do bbq/smoke which is an entirely different method and grilling will only take up 15 minutes of my time dknow.  I have slow smoked burgers this year and they were awesome!  I am still leaning on the bologna chub.  BF?  That looks great!!  droolon2
