Slow smoked turkey wings today. Wanted chicken wings but there were none, only turkey wings. Smoked for 3 1/2 hours with pecan, injected with a combo of chicken broth, olive oil, vinegar, and spices. Rubbed also with spices and periodically sprayed with the injection mixture. Gonna dip these bad boys in sweet BBQ sauce and blue cheese!  dinner

ya know... you spend waaaay too much time cooking. i'd have starved to death, gave up and ate PB&J by the time your dinner was ready. 3 1/2 hours???  slaph

I kinda' like my cheese ta' be the color of straw...kinda'...if its got any blue on it...out it goes... laugh
