Not a real fan of them or any kind of sausage for that matter. But judging from the pics of the other meats you smoke, I bet it was good.  thumb

I can only imagine, cause I seem to keep missing the over night package from your last few grillings!  2sadk

This is BBQ Ma'am.  Grilling is for steaks, burgers, and dogs.  Grilling is quick and BBQ is low and slow. :smokinjoe:  Unfortunately refrigeration mail delivery is out of my $$ pocket  dknow

It was all delish dinner  Smoking does take forever...but you get a very nice wiff of the wood being used.

D had a nice little campfire too~
