Fresh polish sausage rubbed with my spices and then slow smoked, homemade dill potato salad, hand shredded and hand sauced homemade coleslaw, corn, and baked beans. Was awesome!!! The rubbed sausage   Gettin ready to be smoked on the grill  The cooked sausage

Me and my x bro in law will be doing a slow smoked beef brisket soon, and we also wanna do a whole small hog. It's just trying to convince the families about the hog
