French stuffed mushrooms

Shrooms were half off and decided to whip up a recipe.  Have not done these since 1992 but whipped sometin up.  It a hit and is worthy of parties  dinner

- whole mushrooms
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- beef broth
- 1 box plain stuffing or pork if plain is not available
- large can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 container onion and chive cream cheese
- onion powder
- black pepper

pre heat oven to 375. mix half packet soup mix into mushroom soup.  Add a little onion powder and pepper.  make stuffing with beef broth and the other half soup packet mixed in, and some pepper.  add cream cheese into stuffing and mix well.  remove stems of mushrooms and generously fill mushrooms with the filling.  place in oven about 20-25 minutes until stuffing is browned.  Heat cream of mushroom.  Put a little cream of mushroom soup on top of stuffed mushrooms when ready to serve.

 dinner dinner Yummo!  We had that and fresh corn on the cob!
