Since me and Mar are starting to get a cold I figured on a nice big batch of nutritious chili.  I use mostly raw ingredients so all the nutrients will be in the chili for us to get healthy dinner  Here is the recipe and will try to get pics later when done.  I bought fresh cilantro but when I got home it was not there :pipen:  Thankfully I had dried handy.

 D's Chimichanga Mexican Chili

- 2 pounds cooked beef chuck (preferably shredded but can be ground)

- 8 to 10 chopped roma tomatoes

- 1 small can tomato sauce

- 1 can beef broth

- 1 can tomato paste

- 1 red bell pepper (diced)

- 1 green bell pepper (diced)

- 1 large bundle of green onions (diced)

- 2 jalepeno peppers (seeded and diced)

- 2 cans diced green chilis

- Frozen corn

- 2 small cans sliced black olives

- 1 can black beans

- 1 can pinto beans

- 1 can kidney beans

- 2 squirts worsteshire sauce

- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

- salt (to taste)

- 1 tablespoon cumin

- 1 tablespoon chili powder

- Fresh diced garlic or 1 tablespoon garlic powder

- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper

- 7 squirts liquid smoke

- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (preferably fresh if not use 3 tablespoons dried)

- 5 squirts Tapatio Mexican hot sauce (optional)

Mix all together in a large pot.  Cook on low heat, stirring frequently for at least 4 hours
