I just made the BIGGEST meatloaf I had ever even come close to making before.  I bought WAY too much ground beef/pork slaph  I don't know what the hell I was thinking and after I mixed the batch I realized I had a problem.  I was probably messed from my shopping fiasco :ugstpd:  It turned out excellent but had to use a flippin casserole dish dknow

Here it is after 2 1/2 portions already taken out..

Nothing can compare to the beauty that is meatloaf.  I use tomato soup, or ketchup.  And always onion soup mix.  Now I'll not rest till I have some meatloaf!  Did I say I love love love meatloaf?

Out of all I have made, the texture + taste is hands down probably the best.  I used saltine crackers (low sodium) instead of bread crumbs, and condensed french onion soup instead of the packet (in the mixture).  Added my special spices, some smoke, Worcestershire and topped with ketchup and tomato soup.
