Title: Having a day of cooking!
Post by: Sapphire on June 06, 2015, 09:52:11 am
My Mum is coming tomorrow for a week, so I have been busy making a trifle and a cake, plus cleaning the house for the 3rd time this week  shk

Of course, Codie will be over the moon when he sees my Mum, she is his absolute favourite person and he will turn his back on me while she is here

Here is a pic of the trifle and lemon drizzle cake I made earlier...

A couple of pics of Codie enjoying a bit of cream from the trifle  :thumb:

Well, there goes my diet. I've gained 5 pounds just looking at the pics. I know your Mum is already there so tell her hello from us!

LOL, its yummy  :thumb:

Terri, trifle is sponge at the bottom with jelly poured over it, when this sets add a tin of fruit (any kind), then angel delight on top of that (this is like a flavoured custard) which you can get in any flavour. On top of that a thick layer of double fresh cream, sprinkled with chocolate and then decorated with fruit
