Title: Re: The hounds Post by: Nakia on July 02, 2014, 09:25:50 pm All your doggies are so gorgeous!! Love thier stories you told about how you came to be owned by them. They all have such sweet faces.
I know what it's like to have a lot of furry critters underfoot. I lovingly call my 8 dogs 'The Wolf Pack" tho none of them are actual wolves. :dmblaf: I have had some very old pups in years past and I wished they could live as long as parrots. :hugu: Title: Re: The hounds Post by: Ditty on July 03, 2014, 12:55:42 pm wow, their stories are so sad. :cry1: People make me sick. Thank goodness for people like you.
They are all super cute pups. Title: Re: The hounds Post by: Sapphire on July 03, 2014, 04:02:55 pm Beautiful Dawn! I swear you have a mini zoo there :hehe:
Title: Re: The hounds Post by: garden squirrel on July 03, 2014, 05:10:09 pm Lol Wendy. I never realised how many there are till I started putting them on here. I think I only half way through.
Unexpectedly sky had a stroke over night and could not walk this morning. I have spent all day massaging her legs and crying me eyes out. and she is up and walking now.She is walking stiffly but I am hopeful she will recover. Title: Re: The hounds Post by: Debra on July 05, 2014, 09:30:14 am Yes, how is Sky doing today?
Title: Re: The hounds Post by: garden squirrel on July 05, 2014, 02:38:11 pm Hi thanks for asking how she is. She is doing amazing. We have 3 legs working well bit stiff but she is getting there. Still struggling with the fourth.
I was advised to take her coat off as she was very long coated, and thick coat as the heat is not helping her, ( we actually having some nice weather in England lol) I have to refrain from laughing as she is feeling very sensitive about losing her coat but I did as was recommended and took coat off. (http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/07/06/gejy5e7a.jpg). I am petrified , if I lose one dog think will lose all three elderly dogs as they are so bonded. I use to have 9 dogs I lost 5 in 4 months as there bond was so tight it has knock on. Title: Re: The hounds Post by: garden squirrel on July 05, 2014, 02:41:26 pm Excuse box in picture but Watson has short legs it the only way he can get onto doggie sofa lol
