I have not let the birds out yet today because I am still on cup of coffee number one. Nobody comes out until at least half way through number two lol. Anyway. Ive been sitting here listening to them wake up in the bird room, normal rumblings back there. Jax screaming as loud as he can, Rampage thunking a toy against his cage, Fawkes whistling and talking away, Aries making kiss noises to get my attention, Tuki throwing her metal dish around the cage. All of a sudden I hear a different clink....I stop and listen. WTH was that? Sounded like a cage door being unlocked....*pause*....BANG!  bugeye I run back there and here is Tuki on the floor making her way through the bird room, almost to my bedroom. Problem? Fawkes is already on the floor throwing her foot toys around. So I run in and snatch her up and lock her back in her cage. Then Lock Fawkes in hers just to be safe. Come back out take a sip of my coffee and hear the clink again. No way! But then I didnt hear anything so I just sat here. All of a sudden I look down to see a big blue monster next to my feet. The stinker let her self out and walked through 2 room to get to me. Why you ask? She wanted my coffee!  dknow :morn:

Haha, she must think she's a goffins cockatoo the way she can escape so well! Now you get the challenge of figuring out how to keep her in her cage :P  For once I'm glad my birds aren't that smart

aww but mom tuki says,i just want to be fed like when i was a baby. she really loves you to go through all that work just to come out and walk to you. i bet you freaked when u first noticed her i know i probably would have screamed in surprise. i have had to put little master locks on my lovies cage as they can get out or when the conures are out they will open the lovies cage doors and climb in and pick on the lovies. darn crazy fids we all have.

Ahhh YES.

You see My sister cleans my house every week and Charlie's landing pad (door) was only tied by a scarf from his Previous Mom....THEN One Day about Six Month's ago...My Sister called in a panic!...While she was cleaning the kitchen she heard a "slam/Thunk" and HI!! come out of Charlie and there he was in all of his Glory...Standing on his landing pad, greeting her with his ever so LOUD, HI hi5
(instead of hanging onto the side of it)

Luckily Preston was at home that day.....so I didnt hafta leave work early.....But when I did get home I immediately ran out and got a Master Lock and P cut a chain...so now everytime its closed- on goes the Lock.

He Hates IT!!! :pipen:, he tries to eat it and continue to unlock the door (by hanging upside down) on the cage and using his beak, just perfectly. My Locksmith slaph

I will be sitting in my living room and I wont hear him, Y'all have seen my living room- like right there IN SITE and I wont hear a thing & the next thing I see is my big Red Barnacle looking up at me (scares the crap outta me, all the time) saying "step up"....wanting to be w Mommy.

Love IT loveuk
