The system kept crashing.  They still do not know why but are changing things over to new hosts and such.  They are still working on it and hopefully this will be rectified soon.

I have sent a message to the host.  The chat is integrated and is it's own entity separate from this forum and the host and server.  I will see what the host says and if there can be anything to help the chat.
