Cassie and I went out for ice cream yesterday so thought I would bring HW along.  He loves cones in the house but would not have any part of it when we were out.  He just will not eat when we are out.  But he got so see lots of people.  Still will not allow anyone to touch him.  But socializing him nonetheless.
On the way home we saw they were putting up a HUGE playground at the baseball park.  So we stopped and checked it out.  Cass saw some friends so she was playing.  HW LOVED the baseball game, I think all the cheering etc.  He would hoot when all would cheer.  Clapping starts and then HW whooooo! in a high pitch yell, really loud.  Everyone would laugh.  Saw lots of kids, played on some of the equiipment.  Then saw a pitbull (georgeous, sweet dog) that wanted HW as a snack.  LOL  I told him ohhhh you want a snack, it's ok I will tell you he tastes just like chicken.  The owner was like... :deer:  and did NOT find it funny at all. lol

That is so cool that HW was cheering with the crowd, one smart birdie! I'm sure once he gets more comfortable he'll be hoping up on the ice cream counter and demanding a cone  dmblaf
