i like movies

i am not big on sitcoms, tho i've seen more than my share. i hate reality tv. just not entertainment for me. documentaries, well, occasionally, but not usually. i prefer my entertainment to NOT come with a moral. the news? forget it, life is tough, i want my entertainment to have 'disney-like' happy endings. so i have lots of movies... dvd's to be exact. i have a whole book of animated and other disney type movies. then there's the action/adventures, love 'em. most have those happy endings that i so desire. if i enjoy a movie i will watch it over and over and over... etc. so because i so love these movies, i get a little bit obcessive about my dvd's. i love the mum my trilogy with brendan fraiser. for one thing, he's a bit of a cutie. lookme

the point of all my rambling: i have lost my copy of The Mummy Returns not once but TWICE! madst

yup. i had it for a couple years. and poof! it disappeared. no idea where it went. so about 5 months ago, i bought it again. i go to watch it a couple days ago. dknow

not in the movie book. so i look in my bedroom in my 'stack-o-movies' :pipen: nope. not there. i clean the livingroom looking under and in everything that's not nailed down. pullhair no movie. i still have no idea where it is. :pipen: but it's driving me banannas! bangdhead

how the heck do ya loose the same movie twice??? pullhair i'm certain it fell into another dimension or someone beamed down and disentigrated it. :fightfrt: cause i've looked everywhere it could possibly be. cnfsd

Maybe he got tired of the same ol sweat sock and sports bra diet. Was looking for some action packed excitement. hammerft

Yeah, That happen to me and P one time.....long time ago with a Sex DVD..Kama Sutra.......never cared for any other...... slaph

<snicker> ya know, it wouldnt surprise me a bit to find out it was one of the fids and they are just laughing their tailfeathers off at me. slaph

and yup, i already threated drew with horrible things if he has my movie (like singing to him, making him spend a day off with me watching a star wars marathon, or making him help me fold all the clothes on the foot of my bed -- even the underwear!) trust me, that child doesnt have it. there was a time i'd accuse marley of loosing my movie. ya'll remember when he used to get on the tv table and sling my dvd's like little frisbees and laugh his little yellow tailfeathers off at me? what annoys me is i found the case for the movie. i found the 2nd dvd that has all the special features. but the movie is still MIA. <sigh> i'm gonna be really snarky if i have to buy this darn movie AGAIN! but let me tell ya, if i do have to buy it... the first thing i'll do is make 3 copies of it. then i'll put the original copy in my safe!
