Ive spent the last few hours making this..its cooling out in the snow bank right now lol. No pics yet but I will add some when its cooled.

Okay sorry, couldn’t help myself.

I just made a big batch of fid food for my house & some for Sophie/Rachael. I use 15 bean soup mix (cooked with cinnamon sticks for flavor) mixed veggies, pasta, rice, cranberries, coconut, red palm oil, flaxseed a little ginger and some of the soak & cook ready meals that Rachel didn’t like so we sneaked it in the mix.  wink1

LOL the snow bank!!!  laugh yes! that is the way to save fridge space!! LOL!!  I use the porch in the winter to keep stuff, it is freezing out there anyway, why not right??

it can be made in very small portions , that is what I do, very little space here too, I stuff it in ice cube trays and cover it with saran wrap.
