bugs are becoming a real concern with the stinkbug invasion last year, the bedbud invasion last year and MORE... and it is only going to be worse this year!

some of this stuff HAS to be dealt with by an exterminator..what is a bird owner to do???  sadboy3

If you need an exterminator to deal with insects you must remove your birds and board them or take them to a motel for a few days.

Remember:
Insect repellents, ant killers, & roach killers you can buy can be/usually is deadly to birds so anything an exterminator uses will definitely kill them!

Ditto.....
My Daughter works for a Main Exterminator (In ATL) and they refuse to spray the inside of my home, unless I can keep them out of the room for a min of 6 hrs.

There have been 3 episode on Billy where he made customers remove birds, dogs, cats before he did anything and he even mentioned that the stuff he was using was TOXIC to birds, dogs and cats.

I totally agree.  Plus some of the bugs with the chemicals could still reach your fids cage before they perish.
