Did not have the time/energy or the $ for the big “pureed” mush/mash so made a “lazy” mush today.

The grains/pastas (soaked):

- Buckwheat
- Quinoa
- Amaranth
- Wheat berries
- Barley
- Brown Rice (pre cooked)
- Flax seed
- Orzo
- Ditilini

The raw/frozen veggies/fruits etc:

- Corn
- Peas
- Green beans
- Lima beans
- Black beans
- Red & green bell peppers
- Raspberries
- Hot banana peppers
- Fresh sprouts
- Carrots

The Mud:

- Organic canned Pumpkin
- Organic canned Sweet potato
- Natural Granny Smith Apple sauce

Yep.  You can do your own experimenting and add the things you can afford etc.  All my recipes are a base idea.
