We are experiencing periodic connection issues and slow load time.  I have begun looking into this.

I just had something pop up saying Authentication...asking for my username and password. It said smfforfree on it so I just did it but then it came right back. I closed it the second time without filling it in and it went away. Safe or should I change my pass?

I would leave your pass as is.  They were probably working on things.  If it happens more often let me know and then maybe will have to change it.

Connections have been lagging alot and often getting kicked off.

It seems worse here lately. huh4

Fine here too and I have not heard anything from the host.  Try clearing your cache and see if that helps.
