but the livingroom is CLEAN. i finally got off my rump and cleaned the cages, the floor, and laid new plastic and new paper. <sigh> and my tozies are freezing. why? you ask? cause my feet have been wet since noon! for those who may not remember, my floor is hard wood. so i end up with little pools of water all over the place as i clean/soak the cages. as long as i was at it, i soaked the fiddies too! lol! ya know, i KNOW there is no poo in here. i scrubbed my hands after i finished cleaning. but yet i still keep smelling parrot poo. its so nice to look around and see clean as far as the eye can see. i put rocky out at 10 this morning. went out several times and asked "ya want back in yet?" to which he twitched his ear and looked the other way. i'll take that as a "no". i went out about 3 and said "okay. i know you must be ready to come in, its getting colder out." and i reached for his collar. he JUMPED up and ran from me!!  bugeye  i'm like "okaaaaay. i guess ya DONT want in yet." crazy dog. he hates it when i clean. anyway, i went through 3 sunday papers, 2 monday papers, and 3 wednesday papers. geeze. i'm gonna have to start buying it by the pound at this rate!!  headhammer

okay. now we're all hungry. gotta go find some food...

our paper is MUCH smaller than most big city papers. but yeah, it is alot of paper. and yeah, i lay it EVERYWHERE. i put layers in the bottom of marley's cage, separated by  wax paper. and in half of skittles cage. he only poops on one side. and when he can, he still projectile poops through the bars. but anyway. i'm looking around and feeling pretty happy. ya say yours are happy when they drop that first bomb? skittles will make it a point to poop on the clean floor before i can get the plastic laid. never fails. i can wait til he poops, wipe it up and as im laying the plastic he MUST poo on the floor where i'm about to lay it. so i have to stop, wipe it up again, wait for the floor to dry, and then hurry up and lay it before he can do it again! lol!
whelp, i can smell the berry almond birdie bread. better go check it...
