These two are together in the same cage, so I might as well stick them together.

Name:  Cheerio and Yellow

Species:  Budgerigar

Gender: Cheerio, male;  Yellow, female

Native Habitat:  Australia

Hatch Date or approximate age: 4 years?

Nicknames:  None, but sometimes I call Cheerio, "Stinker."

Talks: Only in Budgiekeet.

Hand Tame: Tame and will step up, however, are more interested in one another than in me.

Where Obtained and how you came together:  I think my husband got them at PetSmart a couple of years before I moved up here to be with him.

Favorite Foods:  Millet, millet, millet.

Favorite Toys:  Yellow likes stuff she can chew on.  Cheerio likes trying to impress Yellow.

Medical Issues/Concerns:  None, except that they need to learn to eat more veggies.

Quirks, Habits, etc..:  Yellow's one of ours that actually enjoys being misted.  Cheerio, sometimes, he'll sleep on the side of the cage.

Photo of your birds:

I think it's obvious as to which one's Yellow.  XD

“My brother and sister birds, you should praise your Creator and always love him: He gave you feathers for clothes, wings to fly and all other things that you need. It is God who made you noble among all creatures, making your home in thin, pure air. Without sowing or reaping, you receive God’s guidance and protection.”

Thanks!

Cheerio's face is deceiving.  XD  He's a little stinker, and likes to bite now and then.  He's the only one of the four that enjoys the occasional chomp.  That and he thinks he's such a studmuffin.  But we love him anyway.

Yellow has never bitten.
