-Split Fresh Chicken Wings

-Oil for deep frying

-Frank's Hot sauce (Xtra hot for the heat lovers)

-Butter

-Celery and Carrots sticks

-Blue Cheese Dressing (for dipping)
Deep fry Chicken wings in oil for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.  Longer for Crispier wings.  When wings are cooked transfer them into a large bowl.  Smother with hot sauce and a little butter.  Cover the bowl and shake until the sauce is evenly covered.  On the side serve the celery and carrot sticks.  Poor Blue Cheese Dressing into dipping bowls and serve!

That looks so yummy, now only if someone would make it for me, I barley have time to even eat let alone cook.

OK for those of you that don't know Dad teases me all the time with the local food that is miss so much, thats why I callled him a jerk, you know I'm just kidding and just jealous  :P

I don't miss the cold and snow of Buffalo but I do miss the food, it has some of the best food and restaurants any where!

So enjoy the wings but just so you know I saw some people sitting by the pool today. Gotta take the good with the bad!

Oh the memories of days filled with wings, blue cheese, celery and beer! They don't make wings here like they do in NY....it's a good thing I went vegetarian a while back or I might have gone crazy  :o
