I know that sounds bad, LOL, but it is a hearty stew-can't really call it a "mash" since it isn't mashed per se.... it smelled SO GOOD IN MY HOUSE

ok, I added Lentils, organic baby sweet potatoes, pellets, chopped carrots, peas, green beans, corn, and lima beans, spiniach tomato whole wheat rotini, quinoa to the Avian Entrees Bean Cuisine cook and serve mix. OH! I also added dried and finely chopped red peppers.

add the parrot at the end, place stew in food bowl and gently place parrot inside, watch as parrot scarfs down all the nummies and gets them all over their face and ...everything else, LOL

I made more stew on Wednesday, this time I added Diced red peppers!! i leaned over the pot and my eyes stung and watered from the spice, so I knew I had enough, LOL




it contains:
quinoa
frozen veggies (corn, green beans, carrots, peas, lima beans)
Avian Entrees "bean cuisine"
pellets
lentils
baby food:organic winter squash and organic apples
diced red peppers

add a lot of water as the lentils and bean cuisine mix expand, stir constantly, it is done in about a half hour.
