And you know Lorek, I did ask the clerk why they where being sold, and she said, I guess we didnt notice, and probably sent from distribution like that. then she adds, or maybe from the manufacture already expired. !!! She was lucky I wasnt her boss.
So I put that in my letter to Lafeber's and  c/serv replied back, they would no way ever send expired stuff. And the stores should know that they can send back expired stuff for fresh. I guess there was a lesson here after all, make sure to check your expiration dates! For all animal foods. Actually, all foods!
