thanks i'm actually close to one. tho the odds of finding a parrot around here are pretty slim. kinda sad, it's been cold. idk if a tame fid could handle it.

I know for a fact that Quakers can and do! They have wild flocks in Florida, Ca, NY, NH, and Conn!!
