Crazy arse bird!

Ya all know Yoshi is my lil hitchiker most of every day.  Well my same routine on my work days is eat lunch while fighting off a bird attempting to confiscate it from me.  Then i go to the kitchen and take my meds but I hold out the multivitamin for an hour or so because otherwise it makes me sick.  So I put the vitamin on the counter like always and suddenly Yoshi jumps off of my shoulder, grabs it and flys off with it!  WTH!  Geeze he is fast!  So there I go yelling and chasing after him, he sees this of course and he is not about to let momma catch him so flys around and around all over the place with me yelling and chasing him.  now as you can imagine the 2 dogs are running after me and the other 2 birds are yelling too because they don't know wth is going on.  I finally corner Yoshi and grab the vitamin.  Thank goodness it is one of those horse pills and he was not able to fit it in the lower part of his beak or I would have had to fight that battle once I caught him!
Funny now that it is over but scary as heck during it!  Ding dong bird!

I know it was scary,, but the scene playing in my head of a lady running after a bird with a pill in its mouth and dogs chasing...... it sure is funny now now that everyone is ok.

Whats yours will be theirs!   Another example of how quick a crisis can happen with these guys.

    honest, i waited to make sure everything was alright before i fell off the sofa laughing.    that is great i have this picture of you running around yelling and yoshi just giggling in that quaker way. and i'm sure HW had alot to say on the subject.  then you throw two dogs into the mix    and i could just hear yoshi thinking "oh boy! lets play! c'mon! heeeerre momma. c'moooon momma! ooooh, too slow!"
but really, i'm glad everything turned out okay. it could've been a real tragedy instead of us having a good laugh over it. (looking back i can laugh over the flypaper incident. but at the time i was frantic. so i know how you feel)
