I got this thing to use it, and I think it will help curb any cage aggression by giving him a seperate roost at night, and if we ever get to travel, he can come because he will be used to this cage..so i had to sew a cover for night-night.  after sewing the huge one, this one was a cinch.
.

I put him in it during the day to get used to it, after the first day, he climbed all over and in it, and wouldn't come out, (I think we're fine  thumb LOL)

he spent his first night in it last night, and I was worried he would freak, I kept checking on him..my husband was like "he'll be ok, he is young and not set in his ways, this is the best time to do this...he went right into his big cage the first day fine" he was right, but I had to check on my little munchkin every 5 minutes!  but he was fine, actually I think he slept better because the morning cartoon brigade didn't wake him up.  he was very quiet this morning, and I took him to his cage for breakfast and the rest of the day without incident..now that school is in session, I turn on talk radio for him so he doesn't get lonely, with the kids occupied with school the silence is deafening!

I just took this picture about 10 minutes ago, he is in there getting ready for bed :)

Nice job! A sleep cage is a good idea, as they seem to sleep better in a smaller cage.

Yeeiiii!!!  hugu The moon and stars! Perfect night scenery, no?
I too have noticed many benefits of having Mr. Scungilli and Lady Pasta Fazoo in separate night cages. they arent cage territorial while on the Metropolis.  In fact, I put a breeder cage and 2 separate day cages on layaway.  The breeder cage is an elongated smallish cage with a divider down the middle. So they are together but not TOGETHER. Especially this time of year, Pipz is too much of a male nasty butt to her for them to be cooped up together..blablabla...I'll show you pics when I get everything set up. Meanwhile, good job Wishy. What is that material, reg cotton? Looks thicker. confused

Spoiled little fiddie, that is great!  A roost cage is a great idea and have pondered it now and again with Yoshi.
