So I just got a call from someone...

conversation,

Hello my name is .............., I have 2 love birds who just hatched 3 babies, and i don't want them....

ok why did you let them breed.....

I thought it would be cute, but now I just don't want them, so where can I bring them...


well these guys are coming to me Friday, another reason why I don't like breeding, We now have 3 unwanted babies  :pipen:

Well these guys just arrived. mom dad and three babies , The babies have not started eating on their own yet and already un wanted  cwy Dad has a injured foot, looks like a string got wrapped around his toe a while ago, and caused the blood flow to stop ,the toe is just hanging with the string still attached  :pipen: I just moved them into a bigger cage and will post pics later today. poor widdle babies  sadboy3

IF YOU LOOK CLOSE YOU CAN SEE DAD'S TOE, I GOT THE STRING OFF,MAN IT WAS REALLY WRAPPED ON THERE. HE WILL LOOSE THE TOE...

so, if i understand this right. they got mom and dad just to let them breed and decided it wasnt as much fun as they thought and got rid of all 5?!  :pipen:

Poor dad!  Well as long as the rest of the blood supply is fine he will do just fine minus one tozie.  I find the colors on the babies amazing!  I have never seen the orange like it is on their tails and their coloring just looks so different.  They are so much better off now thank goodness!
