well, i finally got myself motivated. that 9 day thing just kills me. i just couldnt get myself moving today. anyway, i finally got myself moving and started cooking and cleaning. i cooked some bird street bistro, the tropical feast on the fly. they liked it ate most of what i gave them. i ate chili.  then i figured some dessert was in order so, brownies for me and some whole grain blueberry muffin mix with strawberry bannana baby food and some crushed pellets and some slivered almonds. i cooked it in a 9x9, dont have any muffin tins. its still cooling so i dont know what the verdict is on that yet. but it smells good.

yup, it was a hit. they all three loved the muffin bread.

I rarely bake. So my fiddies have to wait for either that wild hair to travel up mommy's butt, or the blue moon to appear.

i only cook for people with feathers. if you dont have feathers, you're waiting for that blue moon you were talking about.
really ticks the kids off.  laugh
i'm waiting for the children to get some of skittles molted tailfeathers out of the vase and glue them to their heads.

I was heating up some parrot bread  ( This batch had corn bread, eggs, green and yellow squash, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, and red sweet peppers, with some fruity zupreems ) and my daughter said "OMG...what are you cooking, it smells so good) I offered her some. Its all good except for the eggs shells. She passed. Chicken! (Pun intended)  laugh

the tropical feast is from bird street bistro.  the link to the site is in pros and cons i think. it is great. it's just like beak appetite. i bought the sample pack. it was $49 but i got 5 pkgs and get at least two batches from each bag. and each batch lasts almost a week. its amazing.
i usually use corn muffin base and add the stuff. but i was out and i found the mix for whole wheat blueberry muffins that i had bought for the fiddies and then forgot i bought.  think  i added some baby food, all the other goodies cut the milk in half and voila! yummies. it smelled awesome.
come on over and help with the brownies. as soon as they're gone i bought the stuff for chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. (are you noticing a pattern here? i cook lots of chocolate once a month... bugeye  )
