Hey I am here, my computer got a nasty virus from face book, and it totally crashed my whole system,so I had to have it crashed and reset . be careful with face book !
Things are going ok, the birds are well, we took in 6 baby parrotlets , they are 4 weeks old and doing great, they will need homes soon. we also got in a very sweet Cockatiel he is such a lover .
Things with the church is on hold due to a few things, one I may be having back surgery, I also need hand surgery again, I had surgery back in July to remove 2 cyst's and well they came back  sadbigeye I have some family issues I am dealing with that are consuming my days ,I will get into it at some point and share right now I just need to focus on these issues.
anyway now that I have my computer back I can get on here more.   hugu

Hope things turn around and settle down for you soon.  Same thing with the cyst in my spine, if I have it removed there is a chance for it to come back.  What is going on with your back????

As far as face book I got the virus by clicking on a link that someone sent me,I guess it was a mass email sent by a virus making it look like someone on my friends list sent it. Face book was just on the news for these viruses. so be careful and I suggest running back ups on your computer just in case,

Mar they want to fuse my spin together,I have spina bifida and they also think it is the cause of my migraines. It  to avoid also is causing numbing issues in my left arm.but im trying to avoid surgery.

and man do these cysts suck , my doctor never told me they could come back, I wish he would of warned me that by trying to remove them would piss them off and make them come back even meaner and with friends  :bruce:

Now I remember about your back!  I soooooo feel for you!  My surgeon wants to fuse L4/5 on me as well.  As of right now I refuse the fusion.  What often happens with that is you then have issues above and below the fusion.  There is also instead of fusing, a "replacement".  Thing with that is it has only been around for 10 years-ish and no long term outcomes over that.  It is said to have a faster recovery and more mobility and no bone has to be taken from your hip like the fusion.
Cysts and discs suck!
