Chuck roast was on sale today so I winged this one up. I sliced the chuck up, sauteed some large sweet onions in butter, and added to beef stock in the crock pot. I peppered it up and slow cooked for 5 hours. Got a loaf of crusty french bread and soaked a little broth into the sliced portion, then added the onions and beef. The broth tasted amazing, but have not tried it yet. Mar is plowing one down now and hopefully she will give a good review?

Plowing? Good thing I usually only eat once a day! I give it a 9.5 out of 10....only because I was not given the option of having my Au Jus on the side

The difference between kids and parrots is that it's funny when a parrot talks back. www.macawsandmore.comHome: Houston, TX 1 Loved Congo African Grey~Zimba 2 Spoiled Cats Bunch of Salt Water Fishies
