More Tweaks

I have merged more topics/posts and have deleted another category (Important Links). I have also moved many more smileys to the pop up/drop down box ( [more] ) to save more room and load time.

I have also gathered that many other forums under this server have also been experiencing very slow load times as the server has been backing up databases. It is not this forum and it should be running much better soon thumb
