I thought I would share this with you guys.  Whenever I am cutting up hot or bell peppers whether it is for my cooking or for the Parrots I will save all the cores with seeds intact.  Put the core on the bottom of their cage or eating area.  They cannot resist all those eye popping pepper seeds! bugeye  It is healthy for them and will keep them occupied for a while!  Tupi and the Ring Necks really get into it! thumb

Really?!  I stopped giving them to Yoshi a long time ago.  Someone told me they were bad for them.  He will be thrilled to hear he can have them again!
