Here is my Birdie bread creation for the fids for Christmas.  I used corn muffin mix, 1 egg, water, tiny dab of RPO, cranberries, apples, almonds, a sprinkling of seed and some cinnamon and nutmeg....hope they enjoy it!

I'm making some more this week, I am out. With all that fruit, you should try using banana nut muffin mix sometime. I followed Zimba's advice and my fids LOVE that. I made mini muffins full of fruit as a treat, with pine nuts for a topping.   I load my bread with veggies and pellets.  Do your fids like the cranberries? I offer dried, and all they do is throw them on the floor.  ;D

Yep, the regular corn muffin mix.  Ya know, I don't have Zim's recipe, she or someone will have to give it to me to try.  I used fresh cranberries, they love them fresh.  Some like the dried some don't.
