Just got an idea!  Mar made some awesome Turkey and Dumplings last night and I though of maybe a Parrot Dumpling (for the Parrots)!  Make a dough mixture out of whole grain ingredients, corn meal etc and stuff them with minced veggies, greens, fruits and legumes!  Then season with me Parrot spice blend!  Damn I can't control my self!!! :D
