I understand that seeds of papaya and grape are safe for parrots. My Grey loves them.

Koko eats tofu once a week. It should be OK if not fed in excess.

I think it is more the size of the bird when eating certain seeds E.  Jadez, let me know if Jade liked the Red Quinoa?  In it's natural state Quinoa is very bitter and I always thought the Red was the one not cleaned of the bitter covering so I started using white.  But I was never sure and could never tell if my guys were eating it?  Hard aged cheeses are ok in moderation but are high in sodium.

Was browsing through here and saw the red quinoa ques....yes, the fids liked the red quinoa. I mixed it about 1/2 red and 1/2 white along with my other usual stuff. They inhale it no matter what I guess.

I was told by a vet in a bird club lecture once that fruit rinds were good for birds because of the natural oils in them. Are they considered unhealthy on your list because of pesticides that may linger on them? Maybe just organic ones are safe?

It is because the outside of the fruits has pesticides on it, ALL fruit should be washed/scrubbed whether it's organic or not. Just because a food is said to be organic doesn't mean it's pesticide free, it can have a natural pesticide on it that can cause harm to your birds health if ingested such as grapefruit seed extract.
