I cooked the grains and eggs yesterday. I went shopping for the rest of the produce today at 9am and got done bagging the finished product at 1:30pm :P This made 15 portioned bags and we feed this to them every other night.

The Grains: Whole Oat Groats, Whole Grain Rye, Quinoa, Spelt, Amaranth, Cracked Corn, Bulger Wheat, CousCous, Pastini, Barley, Buckwheat, Kamut, Instant whole grain brown rice and Whole Wheat.

Seed Mix: Organic unsweetened Coconut, unsalted natural Almonds, Raw Pumpkin seeds, and Raw natural Flaxseeds. Hard boiled eggs with the Shells.

Rinsed Aduki Beans, Black eyed peas, Butter Beans, salad mix beans, All natural sweet potatoes and pumpkin.

Veggies and Fruits: Beet greens, Pineapple, Orange, Apples, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Carrots, Red Bananas, Fresh sprouts, Yellow Squash, Green Beans, Raw Peas, Okra Cranberries, Blueberries, Grapes, Cantaloupe, Tamatillos, Jalepeno Peppers, Pablano Peppers, Cherry Peppers, Tomatoes, Persimmons, Cactus fruit, Kiwi, and Papaya crazy2.gif
