remember we rescued 7 budgies not long ago? well i found awesome homes for the rescues! there was a lady that took four of them for their family. she said they are awesome pets and has had them in the past and that she wanted her kids to grow up with fids. the other lady that took 2 gave them to her daughter as an early b-day gift. her daughters uncle died on her birthday last year and her mom wanted it to be special for her. the mom has had budgies and love birds most of her life and has love birds now but wanted her daughter to have birds of her own. and the final budgie i gave to tiff since she was so sad when she lost lost little whinny. i am so glad that i could give these unwanted birds a new home with families that wanted to share their homes and love with fids. it was kind of hard to let them go but i knew when i took them in that i was going to find them forever homes, and thats exactly what i did.  i feel so much better knowing they are in good hands now.

A happy story in a time that has been lacking that lately!  Excellent and good job finding good homes for those feathered beauties! :)

“My brother and sister birds, you should praise your Creator and always love him: He gave you feathers for clothes, wings to fly and all other things that you need. It is God who made you noble among all creatures, making your home in thin, pure air. Without sowing or reaping, you receive God’s guidance and protection.”
