Uh oh. Better be careful Chance! Pancho tends to be a bit of a dirty old man, reincarnate. You could have a feathered stalker on your hands! lol.

Well Pancho you just come on over and see me big guy  :-*

Hey Chance, Bea just posted on BC forum that she is driving up to see you to pick up an aggressive bird from you, didn't know you guys were "friends". Really the last few posts she has made on BC have been very nice, good info and respectful...nice to see her turn over a new leaf for the new year. She seems to be quite knowledgeable but sometimes come off a little ruff.

I wish you both luck with this Senegal he sounds pretty aggressive.

How is the new Too doing?

I looked at your web site last night, you have so many beautiful birds you certainly have your hands full I bet there are not enough hours in the day for you. Looks like you have some nice volunteers so that has got to be a great help.

As a  matter of fact, I am going to be driving up to another rescue in Rochester (Second Chance) to pick up a very aggressive Meyers/Senegal hybrid male.  He was given up because of it.  He was adopted out and sent the lady who got him to the hospital for stitches so she returned him to the rescue but he did not get any better and now all the volunteers at the rescue are terribly afraid of him which means he doesn't get to go out of his cage at all.  So the lady who runs the rescue, who loves birds and cannot stand to see him so unhappy, contacted me (she's known me for some time and knows that I do this for other rescues).  Some birds don't like been pets, some resign themselves to it and cope with the situation but some don't.

I remember him, is he Zeppelin?  And wasn't he ok with all of you but not the person who tried to adopt him?  So out of the blue she is coming to see you to get him?  How does she know he wasn't adopted out?  And doesn't she know she has to make an appointment with you to come visit????   ;D :o

Where did all this come from. Zeppelin is fine right where he is unless we find just the right home. And for the record, we are not all afraid of him. He's only bitten me once  :o. I think he's adorable. OK B, why did you not tell me about this? I wish she would show up, it could be fun  ;). Anyway picnic is scheduled for July 11th. I have a spare room if anyone wants it. Hope to see everyone there.
