just throwing this out there... but i know you live within a days drive (albeit a long one)  but we have the sweetest little tiel someone turned in at work and she is adorable and very sweet and she needs a really good home.  She loves scritches and being a part of a family.  She is in great health, eats zupreem pellets, and is just the all around prettiest tiel i have EVER seen.  She is a white face pearl tiel (atleast from my limited tiel knowledge).    She looks alot like this, but very pretty defined pearling.  She is five, dont' think i mentioned that.  If you were interested i'd totally pick her up and work somethign out with ya.  This pic is just one i found online but she looks alot like this... very sweet... did i mention that.  Just throwing that out there.

So, is she a sweet bird? You didnt mention.
Oohh lorek, lorek, lorek...   I'm afraid now is not the time to add to the flock. This is so for a handful of reasons. Eventual relocation back east somewhere being one of the reasons. ...sigh.. breaks my heart to have to decline your offer, but I have to decline your offer. :(

It is rumored that the tiel in question is actually very sweet.
Lorek, I just love it out here. Co. is a very youthful state, and a gal can  be certain to run a serious muck!  And the men...*wolf whistle* ^-^
But I miss my cousin and her children and my aunt and her cooking and my uncle's goofy Italian humor.   and.. sigh... I have no one out here to run a muck with...pout...

Debz, where is your family if I may ask? Would you be down state near NYC, or more this way? It would be awesome to have you close by. Then we could run amuck together!   evil.gif

I understand your need///want to get back to family Deb but from everything I have seen & heard Colorado is such a beautiful place to live I am sure it will hard to leave all of that beauty...wow how will the x-man survive  coolsmiley.gif

Lorek I hope you find another good home for that sweet bird, you have such a good heart  :-* and best of luck to you, I know moving sucks big time and you have done it too much in the past couple of years but lets hope this one will be a very good one and you can make a home there and be happy there.

My family is in Brooklyn.  My cuz would like to leave the city and move north or west. East would prove to be a bit too soggy for me. :D get it? Atlantic ocean? ...HA! ;D I slay me!   She mentioned Conn. Years ago, while living in Pa, I visited  New Hope, Pa. It was cute and artzie then, not sure about today. My requirement is to be close to a strong art community. My hopes is to open a local artisan gallery (You were right on, Marz) which doubles as studio for my business. And if I'm real lucky to get a place big enough, to teach a few classes. (I might have given this a little thought.)  Cuz still needs to be able to commute into Manhattan 4 times a week.  So we need a town with a commuter train.  ...then of course there is always Intercourse, Pa... ::)

That tiel sounds like a cuttie  smitten.gif I wish I lived closer, I'd take her and Morghan could have some tiel company. Good luck in finding a great home for her.

I know what you mean Debz...there is nothing like home and all that comes with it. I'm sure we will both get back to NY sooner rather than later...better anyway! Things are the same here, no one to run a muck with...I miss running a muck  :(
