I made the fids mini muffins. I started with banana walnut muffin mix, added an extra banana, 2 eggs with shells, unsweetened applesauce, and put some mixed berries in there, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Then I sprinkled some organic pumpkin seeds on top. They each had one, and ate every crumb! I mean every crumb! Thanks Zimba!

The difference between kids and parrots is that it's funny when a parrot talks back.

I took your berries fron the blueberry muffins and put in the banana muffin mix. Even the finches ate it all. Very nice, and thanks again!

Hi Christina,
I froze them, so they will be gone before I worry about them spoiling. They only need to sit out about 10 minutes to thaw...by the time you change the fids water and put on a pot of coffee, they are ready to eat. I've also nuked them for say 10 - 20 seconds to thaw. I also make mash and a pasta veggie rice mix.  I freeze servings in freezer bags and thaw as needed.
