So at the bird fair last weekend, I picked up a Footsie Roll, intending it to be for Oscar. When he showed no interest in it (even when I cut a little hole in the side so he could see the treats in there), I gave it to Cheyenne. She LOVED it!! Kept her amused for half an hour!
I definitely suggest buying one.. or two... or a dozen! They're only $1.25 each, so it's not bad at all for how long they last.
They come from a small business called Silly Parrot (www.sillyparrot.com), and here's a direct link to the Footsie Rolls (now called Seedsy rolls, I guess): http://sillyparrot.com/Seedsy_Rolls_formerly_named_Footsy_Rolls.html

Here's what they look like:

And here's Cheyenne with one:

I couldn't figure out a way to see shipping costs. I don't want to pay 15 bucks for 10, and 15 bucks shipping. Have you ordered? Do you know the average shipping cost?

“My brother and sister birds, you should praise your Creator and always love him: He gave you feathers for clothes, wings to fly and all other things that you need. It is God who made you noble among all creatures, making your home in thin, pure air. Without sowing or reaping, you receive God’s guidance and protection.”

I got some of these the other day and Zimba is afraid of it & wants nothing to do with it  ::) I did give one to my client with the Cockatoo and she loved it.

The difference between kids and parrots is that it's funny when a parrot talks back.
