Today we picked up fresh Cherries, Zuchini, Tomatoes and red Banana peppers.  I decided to make the fids something different today.  So I added all these chopped up, threw in some Frozen green beans, corn, peas, carrots and lima beans.  I had a frozen package of about 12 different grains in the freezer and mixed it all with the fruits and veggies.  They are lovin it!

Now , you get them all and mix them together yourself? Do you add any kind of liquid to them to make like a paste? Or use dry...I really need info on this.

I don't think he added any liquid to it.  We just defrosted the grains that were already cooked and frozen.  The mixture wasn't soupy nor dry.  Probably from the juices etc from the fruits and veggies.

OK, now I got ya. Now all I have to do is find a health food store. Do those vitamin stores at the mall sell them? We had one here that closed a few years ago....
