Just wanted to share some deals I found at big lots.  The had some bird toys for $1-$2, a bamboo ladder, sisal rope, and some toys.  I also found  some Martha Stewart blank wedding invitations for $2.00!  They will make for great homemade cards!  Always good to find a deal!  O0

I love Big Lots, there is one five minutes down the road from me. I try to stay away from there, for whatever reason just because it is a discount store I justify being able to spend that much more money. Last time I went I came home with $200 worth of house stuff.  idiot2.gif

ML2, big lots is like a ...dollar discount store. Only stuff is cheep, but not as cheep as the dollar stores.  I hae one close by, I wonder if they stock stores with the same merchandise.  I might just go take a looki. thanks Mar.

Nice! We have some bird stuff at ours too. I know we have the rope perch and some toys but not those toys. I got Jax and the budgies the cutest snuggle hut ever there, it looks like a cabin. I got Jaxons for $1 and the budgies for .50.

I think they buy like overstocks or buy from places that go out of business, too.  So the merchandise may vary from area to area, but it doesn't hurt to check! :)

The difference between kids and parrots is that it's funny when a parrot talks back.
